Time for You

One-day workshop

Do you ever feel you are…

  • On a constant treadmill?
  • Trying to be all things to all people?
  • Running faster and faster just to keep up?
  • Looking for ways to bring more balance into your life?

Then, step back, take a breath and give yourself time to gain a different perspective

On this one-day workshop you’ll learn how to…

  • Put yourself first and not feel guilty about doing it
  • Identify limiting beliefs or patterns of behaviour that may hold you back – and how to overcome them
  • Stop putting things off until you “feel X” or “have done Y” and accept and respect who you are right now
  • Re-energise yourself to feel alive, refreshed and free from stress

Why should I attend?

image of positive decisionDay to day life can sometimes feel frantic, stressful and out of control. The pressures many of us face make it difficult to give ourselves permission to take time out to gain new perspectives on who we are, what we want and how to get it.

By attending this inspiring and enjoyable one-day workshop you will be giving yourself (and those who are important to you) some very valuable gifts…

  • The time to explore your key strengths (and rediscover some you may have forgotten)
  • The opportunity to acquire some new and valuable life skills

What will I learn?

Here’s just some of what you will learn and experience…

  • Four simple steps to help you handle any situation
  • How to feel confident about who you are and comfortable in your own skin
  • The language of influence – how to ensure your words are heard and your opinions respected
  • Creating goals which you want to achieve and will achieve
  • How to recognise the beliefs and attitudes which have the potential to hold you back or empower you
  • Gaining control over your inner thoughts and the feelings they create
  • How to access the emotional strengths you need to deal with challenging situations

What will I be asked to do?

People attend our workshops for a variety of reasons…some know what they want to achieve, others don’t – some have specific situations they want to address, others are looking for more general tips.

In either case our goal is to put you at your ease, offer support and encouragement and, most importantly, help you to make the changes that are right for you.

During the workshop there will be some small group activities, as well as individual exercises and group discussions.

We won’t ask you to participate in anything you don’t feel comfortable with – all we do ask is that you come along with an open mind, ready to explore what you want and how you can get it.

What should I do next?
